(RTTNews) – On Tuesday, Hyperion DeFi, Inc. (HYPD), a company specialized in Ophthalmic Technology, raised its guidance for full year 2026 and issued guidance for the upcoming third quarter driven by the company’s performance surpassing the management’s prior expectations. Additionally, the company launched a new share buyback program of $20 million.
For the full year, the company raised its adjusted gross profit guidance range to $7 million to $8 million from the previous range of $5 million to $7 million. For the third quarter, the company issued a guidance range for adjusted gross profit to be $2 million to $2.5 million.
The company has also announced a $20 million share buyback program, meaning it plans to buy back some of its own shares. The program will run for up to 12 months. Each share has a par value of $0.0001.
In the pre-market activity on the Nasdaq, the shares were trading 1.82 percent higher at $3.3600, after closing Monday’s trading with no stock movement.
